I have taken over the job of ALAN who used to work here for shop flip flops. We had seen that your order was not processed correctly and is extremely late. This is what was shipped and I will get the tracking number tomorrow .

You are getting all but 58 flip-flops. You are getting both yellow and orange , only the ones that are not highlighted are not being shipped(Referrin to the details he sent me). We will credit your credit card for the non shipped items or you can order anything you wish with me for the credit value at our cost .. I will get back to you tomorrow regarding the credit and shipment.
Ps:I will need to refund 58 flip flops when i claim back the $$.

Btw, i've called the police and gathered some information.
- Wait for the supplier to get back regarding tracking no.
- For those who wanna make a police report doesnt mean can get the money. Report will be sent to court and they will judge. Chances are very low to get full refund from us because we consolidate the orders can sent it on ur behalf.
Anyway, after a chat with one of the sub suppliers, what we intend to do is that if the goods dun reach me by next week, i will refund u half the amount first..Then after that if the slippers reach, then you pay me back. I understand the anger in each one of us so we are now trying to work things out . The $$ , seriously.. dunno how are we going to fork out at least 3.5k to send back to u all. But we will try.

Supplier replied. Order received, but require some identification information first.
Tmr afternoon will send them, in the mean time, our orders are accepted BUT have not started to pack. So.. 15 -20 days not started yet. =)

I have your stuff and 4 other wholesale order at the sp airport for Nippon. They will be sent urgently. I will email you the tracking number when it is available.

On Wednesday you will be receiving the tracking number, sorry for the delay.
4/12 (thur)
They have picked up the package here in brazil and when it gets to our shipper at the GUR (Gurney) airport at Papua New Guinea they will forward the tracking number.
When I get this number I will forward it to you!
