is not that we dont want or scare to update.. we have said many times..we are not scammer.. if we are, why do we even bother to do all this..might as well closed down this blogshop right?
we are busy with all the emails that are coming in..trying hard to get the supplier..
currently, there are no email from the supplier.
but we are working on a tactics with the supplier:
we told them that we are going down to brazil personally to collect. den ask whether will refund the air freight money so that we can arrange dhl to go over to collect. we already have the address in brazil already. arrangement will be done once they reply (:

the update is actually at the bottom of this post..but nvm, we bring it up..

5th update:
I couldnt update you all cuz they haven reply me. This is an automated reply from supplier.

I have received your email and will be getting back to you on Monday, January 5th, 2008 when I return to work.
If you have any emergencies please email the sales email add and someone will try to help you.
If you are inquiring about a wholesale order already placed you will have to wait until January 5th, 2008 as retail customer service does not have any wholesale information.

6th Update

Hello, I am back from the holidays and have your order going out today. I will be able to get the tracking number and you will be able to track it at www.sedex.com.br on the bottom part of the screen.

Some items were not being shipped these items will be either refunded or you can select from a new list of what's in stock and ready to ship at our COST.

Meaning that the people that did not get their havaianas can now select different ones at a major discount.

Also our owner has stated that you may order again 1 time at our cost.

The order can only be one time and can only be a max of the same amount of flip-flops you ordered last time but this time we will send the total as our cost.

This is for the big problem you have incurred.

Let me get the tracking number and then if you can send me your telephone number I will call you to discuss the refund or exchange.

According to wad supplier say, it will be here in 4-5 working days.

Hello i'm Kent, I have taken over the job of ALAN who used to work here for shop flip flops. We had seen that your order was not processed correctly and is extremely late. This is what was shipped and I will get the tracking number tomorrow . Alan has been let go from Shop Flip Flops. You may contact Kent anytime or leave me your telephone number and I can call you if you need anymore information. Again we are very sorry about your troubles and will get this figured out ASAP.

You are getting all but 58 flip-flops. You are getting both yellow and orange(referring to the spreadsheet he sent me) , only the ones that are not highlighted are not being shipped. We will credit your credit card for the non shipped items or you can order anything you wish with me for the credit value at our cost .. I will get back to you tomorrow regarding the credit and shipment. Ps:I will need to refund 58 flip flops when i claim back the $$.

I have your order ready and we can ship it fedex, ups, dhl, or sedex. i will find out the best prices and get back to you today. (For replacement)

I will certianly get the package with the total shipped contents to you by monday as it late here in brazil. Also we will be able to get you any styles and models from brasil at cost for your problems. We want to make this right and make it up to your customers.So lets find a way to make this work out. Perhaps offer each of your customer one havaianas at a MAJOR DISCOUNT. (certainly will)
